dry aged ribeye
screaming hot sear before going into screaming hot oven
watercress
cheesy, garlicky, herby taters
out of the oven, roasted under a pat of butter and homegrown rosemary sprig
cilantro, fresh from the window sill
well rested, then sliced
george - yeah, he knows what's up
that's what's up: prime dry-aged beef, roasted fingerling potatoes, lightly dressed herb salad, bottle of carménère
